Real Estate & Construction Council

The Real Estate and Construction Council has brought together leaders in the real estate and construction industries and provided vital support to Lincoln Center for over 40 years.

This council reflects a partnership between the New York-area real estate and construction industries and the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund. Because the performing arts are such a strong component of New York City's economy, an alliance was forged thanks to a common interest in preserving the health and vibrancy of New York.

The Real Estate and Construction Gala is the sole fundraising vehicle of the Council. Members and their guests participate by underwriting gifts, purchasing tickets and tables, or placing ads in the event journal. The gala, attended by over 800 people annually, honors the industry's most distinguished representatives, provides greatly appreciated unrestricted financial support to Lincoln Center, and is always a memorable evening where guests network, enjoy dinner, and attend a performance of their choice from one of our campus constituents.

Membership Expectations
  • Contribute a minimum of $15,000 annually for membership (through company/firm, personal contribution, or the solicitation of colleagues)

  • Participate in the annual RECC Gala by purchasing a table and solicit new corporate prospects to support the initiative
